Refund policy

We have a 10-day policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a store credit. 

To be eligible for a store credit, please state the condition that you received it, and send a pic in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To receive a store credit, you can contact us at info@mspirtlesplacellc.com. 

We will send you a store credit directly to your email as well as instructions on how to use it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a store credit will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at: info@mspirtlesplacellc.com. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit.


Refunds
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.  We will give a store credit.
